1. Returns and Exchanges
• Eligibility: Due to the nature of our handcrafted items, returns and exchanges are only accepted for unused, unworn pieces in their original packaging. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
2. Refunds
• Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Original Shipping: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
• If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and description. We will offer a replacement or full refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
• For hygiene and quality reasons, all earrings are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
5. Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
